I adore this picture by onecoppercent.  I love the composition... and that pop of turquoise... yum!  It doesn't hurt when the kid is adorable too.  

And some more turquoise.  And texture!  I loved this page from Leslie Ashe the minute I saw it.  The red hat totally pops with all the turquoise paint.  What a great layout.

Amazing, right? This shot titled: "Rest" by Leslie Ashe shows such beautiful composition with vivid colors! Flickr Favorites

Here are some projects that have caught my eye in the Cartwheels Flickr gallery this last week.

First of all I love love love this altered 7 Gypsies receipt holder by Miya6.  

Maybe because I have one at home waiting for me to do something with it.  Maybe because I love vintage.  I don't know.  But there's no denying that this project is stunning!

I also love the randomness of this layout by Julie Amber Jones.

Totally carefree.  I love the stitching and that freehand sun is simply perfect.  And don't even get me started about the journaling...:)

Next up is the cutest altered jar by Flickr username: "northernmemories" (northernmemories, if you're reading this, please let us know your real name so we can give you proper credit).

Here's what she said: "My version of the family memory jar. I got the jar at Pier 1 for $10. The bling swirls were a pack from Michael's recollections line that I cut up to fit on the jar. The ribbon is from a pack I got at Targets dollar section in July". What an adorable idea!

And last but not least, we wanted to share this amazing photo by Penelope Lach.
