Creativity Springboards

I'm pleased as punch to be starting my Creativity Springboards article today!

I had this thought when Cheryl asked me to be a part of the team here and I'd have a really hard time contributing when there were already such talented people involved.  Where would I fit in?

I love so many things.  Scrapbooking.  Decorating.  Photography.  Sewing.  How could I pick just one hobby to commit to every month?

Would I run out of ideas?

And then it hit me.  Maybe I could find something to contribute that would give me the freedom to choose to focus on any one of my hobbies?  And maybe I wouldn't run out of ideas because I could find inspiration in my daily life.  I'd just have to look.

So, that brings us here.  To Creativity Springboards. 

Every month I'll share something that struck a chord in me.  Something that inspired me to create something else.  Maybe it'll be something I found online.  Sometimes it will be something in my own little world.  Regardless, I'll share the piece with you and then revisit you all a couple of weeks later with the projects that it inspired.
