There is so much about Michelle Lanning to love...her trendy style, beautiful smile, gorgeous artwork and friendly spirit. Every time I look at Michelle's artwork, I can't stop wondering "how did she think of that?" I just want to sit back and get into her brain and watch her create. Her attention to detail is astounding. Her layouts are mesmerizing, beautiful and keeps you wanting more. Michelle creates wonderful artwork within her small studio, which sits inside a closet, and is well organized with plenty of storage.
Michelle was kind enough to answer some of our questions about her favorite products and tools she keeps close at hand when she creates.
1. What is your scrapbook style?
I would say, detailed oriented. I
love layers, embellishments, and always journal on my pages.
2. How do
you find inspiration?
Definitely
online. I love browsing through galleries. I also love looking through
home design blogs as well as online stores like Anthropologie.

Favorite product?
This
changes all the time for me. Right now I am loving doilies, coffee
filters, and journaling spots.

Favorite storage solution?
I love my
punch storage. I have so many but they are always organized.
5.
Favorite tool(s)?
I love my
Cutterbees and Paper Piercer. I never complete a layout without them.
6. Are
you a daytime or nighttime scrapper?
Definitely
nighttime. I have been known to stay up until the wee hours competing
projects.
