It seems like there is always someone that I need to send a thank you to, and making my own out of my art supplies is not only convenient and from-the-heart, but it's also thrifty!
Match up some old supplies and a fun font to coordinate with an envelope you may already have like I did here. I used mostly cardstock and a stamp to create this card. It was fun and easy!
Cardstock - Bazzill
Font - "My First F" from dafont.com
Flower Stamp - Not known
Stamping Ink - Memories in "White"
Epoxy Sticker - Ki Memories
Gift cards are super easy gifts to give (no thinking beyond "What stores do they like?"). Make it a bit more special by including a hand-made gift card holder. The supplies for this are minimal and the steps are simple. For my gift card holder, I cut the patterned paper to size and rounded the corners with a punch. I've tried many different adhesives in the past but I found that glue dots seem to work best for adhering to metal. I added an embellishment to the front and then made a mini-sized thank you notecard for the inside. Super easy!
Tin:Metal Tin - not sure where it is from but I've been hoarding it for about 5 years; Patterned Paper - Fontwerks; Cardstock Sticker - Love Elsie; Felt Hearts - American Crafts
Mini Notecard:Cardstock - Bazzill; Felt Heart - American Crafts; Carstock Sticker - Love Elsie ; Leaf - ribbon in which I cut just one.

I have a metal tin like this I've also been hoarding for probably as long. I should alter it up and use it. :)
