Here is a sneak peek into her studio, isn't it beautiful!?! I so want to just walk right in and admire!!! I can't wait to see more of what is inside her art space!
Here are some quirky "getting to know you" question & answers Amy was so kind to share with us :)
2. If you could meet anyone on TV right now (in character or as a person) who would it be? and why? The cast of Glee - so fun!

4. Tell us an embarrassing story from your childhood... It was night to help set the table and we were having spaghetti. My mom had already served it onto plates and I had to carry them to the table. I thought it would be fun to slide them down the table like you see bartenders do with beer in movies. Unfortunately, the plate stopped and the spaghetti kept going right into my Dad's lap!

18. If you could only talk to one other living person for the rest of your life, who would it be? ooh...definitely couldn't do this! It would be way too boring for me!

20. What is your motto in life? A place for everything...and everything in its place. :)
Here is a peek at some of Amy's personal favorites :)
A few of her Favorite Art Pieces:
Isn't this banner the cutest? I love it "I originally created this for my daughter, says Amy, but it never made it out of my scraproom."
Favorite Photos:
"I took this photo during a photo session in the woods. I turned around and saw my name carved in a tree and just had to snap a photo. I played around with different editing, but LOVE how it turned out in black and white. I especially love how you can see the different textures so clearly."
"Meet my daughter....my most photographed subject. She is 100% a girly-girl and loves to be my model & the gap tooth smile just adds to the cuteness on this one!" Some of Amy's favorite photos are captured in a similar style as this one - standing above her subjects and tilting the camera.
Some of her favorite ways to keep her tools & keepsakes organized:
Amy says, "This display in our antique secretary desk (which belonged to my husband's Grandma) always makes me smile. I wanted to fill the shelves with just the right accessories....and antique cameras, books, and b&w photos of our grandparents as children seemed to be the perfect thing. My favorite is the camera on the second shelf on the left...it belonged to my Grandpa."
For a punch of color, her pens are stored in her green tool caddy in her srapbook room!!!
Stay tuned for plenty of inspiration from Amy in the coming week & to learn more about her daily life, check out her daily blog readings at acovey.blogspot.com.
